with Special Guests THE WINTERPILLS and AND THE KIDS. FREE SHOW! COME ONE, COME ALL! Presented by WRSI, Signature Sounds, C&S, and the Shea!

The River celebrates 40 years on the air with a FREE concert featuring Rubblebucket, Winterpills and And the Kids in Unity Park in Turners Falls.

Join us on Sunday, August 1st starting at 2:00 to rock out, shake your booty and celebrate 40 years of the River! We’ll have food trucks and ice cold beer, too.

Unity Park is a gem of a park on the banks of the Connecticut River. It features a playground, skate park and splash pad – plenty of fun for kids of all ages. It’s right off the beautiful Canalside Rail Trail so you can bike to the show!

Need to drive? Street parking is free in the village of Turners Falls. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep clear of driveways and alleys. There are several free parking lots available within a couple of blocks of the Unity Park, marked in blue on this parking map. There is also free parking on a private lot directly behind the town lot adjacent to Shady Glen Diner on 1st Street.
