The Shea, North Star, and Institute of Musical Arts come together to present this free benefit concert.

North Star, the Institute for the Musical Arts (IMA), and the Shea Theater are coming together to present Get Down with your Hometown – an online music festival with the goal of promoting and benefiting the musical talent of North Star and the IMA, as well as the three non-profit hosts.

Current students of North Star and IMA will be showcased along with local and national musicians who will also be performing at this benefit. It will be held online on Friday and Saturday, January 8 & 9, 2021. The event will run from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday and from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. (dates finalized, times tentative).

We'll be bringing two days of live music direct to you in the comfort and safety of your home. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve prepared, and are excited to have you join us.
